My formal education began in 2007.  Impressed with how amazing humans are and how we are interconnected with each other and our environment, Eastern Medicine’s approach to balancing the body, mind, and spirit became the way I wanted to help others facilitate change.  Through changing ourselves, we can change our world.  I feel that Eastern Medicine is about harmonizing that within ourselves, with others, and our surroundings.

I completed my Asian Bodywork Certification from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2009 and my Masters in Oriental Medicine from Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in 2013.

I’m currently a Licensed Acupuncturist in Illinois and an NCCAOM candidate for National Board Certification in Oriental Medicine.

Besides Eastern healing arts, I enjoy food, travel, and community.
